This unique event blends Portland's burgeoning Sustainable Fashion Designers with the underground arts community for this fun and FREE event. A kick off to the Portland Fashion Week in October, there will be a fashion show and designers on hand to talk about their sustainable fashions. The commissioners' offices will be home to works by some of Portland's cutting edge illustrators, painters, photographers, and duct tape artists!
